In 2005 a personal crisis at the age of 33 set me on to search for deeper meaning, healing and liberation. I found myself at a place of internal confusion, a dysfunctional relationship and an unfulfilling job. I reached out to different practitioners and healing modalities, in need of answers and some kind of peace. My first breathwork session changed everything in that time, and my interest in body related therapies was sparked. Not long after, I was guided towards plant medicines and became fascinated by their healing powers. Seven intense years of introspective work would follow, as I intuitively knew that this would be the start of a second chapter of my life.
My relentless thirst for understanding the relationship between psyche and body led me to become a Voice Dialogue coach, a breathwork and Rebalancing bodywork® facilitator, many tantric trainings and thousands of plant medicine ceremonies with the Santo Daime church and with other traditions.
Guiding others on their path towards peace, fulfilling relationships and emotional safety has become my way of living ever since. If we are looking to thrive in this complex outer world we have to be courageous, dive deep into our inner world and create understanding for ourselves and others.
