Private Guided MDMA Journey for Couples

A private session offers you the opportunity to explore your awareness in a safe and supported environment with a level of attention that is not possible in larger group settings. These session can be flexible, customized to your needs, and allows us to attune fully with your process and provide support every step of the way.

IMPORTANT: Before you embark as a couple on this journey we require for both individuals to have sat with us in a medicine journey (e.g. MDMA, Psilocybin, Ayahuasca, or San Pedro). It is important that both partners have already connected deeply with themselves beforehand.

About the MDMA couple’s journey:

This is an introspective journey on a mattress with an eye mask (optional) and curated music. We will be present at all times, holding space, allowing you to fully immerse yourself into your subconscious. If needed we will give guidance or simply hold hands for support.

Flow of the session:

• intake–this is an in-depth process where we learn about your experience and learn about your desires for the session
• intention setting–we will help you establish an intention to bring into your journey
• breath work–the breath work technique that Aluna uses is an integral part of our methodology. It allows you to shed first layers and assists you in grounding into the space.
• MDMA journey
  • After you both have shared relevant information and your intentions for the ceremony you will ingest the medicine. This part of the journey lasts about 6 hours.
• snack and integration–After the ceremony we offer you a wholesome snack to return to the body and hold space for you to share about your experience. After breakfast the next morning we will offer guidance for integration and assist in understanding the imagery and messages the medicine has offered.
• follow up–we will check in with you after about a week to assist more with integration

The whole experience takes about 8 hours. We do not recommend driving afterwards, please arrange for a close friend or relative to pick you up afterwards.

Need to stay the night?
After the ceremony you can stay in the ceremony room for the night. In the morning we will offer you delicious organic breakfast and we will talk about your journey and assist with integration.  Departure is at 10am.

*** Couple’s Immersion Program ***

We also offer pre coaching sessions for intention setting and post integration sessions to bring the lessons learned to your day to day life, making the most of your couple’s medicine journey. In those sessions we offer valuable tools that enhance your communication skills in your relationship to create more emotional intimacy.

* 60-90 min in-take call/intention setting before MDMA session ~ $150.- per person
* MDMA journey $1,150.-per person
* 60-90 min coaching call/integration session, 1 week after the journey ~ $150.-per person
* 60-90 min coaching call/integration session, 4 weeks after the journey ~ $150.-per person
* 60-90 min coaching call/integration session, 8 weeks after the journey ~ $150.-per person

HOW TO BOOK YOUR SESSION:
Please send us an email, stating that you are interested in booking a couples session with us.
We will then send you possible dates for the actual sessions and set up a 20 min orientation zoom call with you, where both partners need to be present.
