Private Guided MDMA Session for Couples

A private session offers you the opportunity to explore your awareness in a safe and supported environment with a level of attention that is not possible in larger group settings. These session can be flexible, customized to your needs, and allows us to attune fully with your process and provide support every step of the way.

About the MDMA couple’s journey:

In this session both partners get the chance to first do some introspective work and then are able to speak to each other with the assistance of a facilitator who will mediate the conversation and when necessary guide the couple therapeutically. We will be present at all times, holding space, allowing you to fully immerse yourself into your subconscious with the help of the medicine.

Flow of the session:

• intake–this is an in-depth process you will share relevant information about your intention and desires for the session
• intention setting–we will help you establish an intention as a couple to bring into your journey
• MDMA journey
  • This part of the session lasts for about 6 hours.
  • The first 1.5hrs you will journey individually on your mattress
  • When you are both ready to speak to each other the facilitator will mediate a conversation between the two of you, assisting in staying focused and able to navigate a conversation.
• snack and integration–After the ceremony we offer you a wholesome snack to return to the body.
  You will stay the night in the healing room. After breakfast the next morning we will offer guidance for integration and assist in bringing new agreements set between you and your partner into your day to day life. We will talk about new communication tools that will enhance your emotional intimacy.
• Departure is at 10am.
• follow up–we will check in with you after about after a week

Please send us an email (alunahealingcenter@gmail.com), stating that you are interested in booking a couples session with us. We will then send you possible dates for the actual sessions. Once you are ready to register, you can come back to this page and go through the registration process.
